Snow-white flowers with backward fluttering wings on curving stems. The flowers are borne 2-3 per stem and it is difficult to imagine a more enchanting daffodil, all its ways are seemly, all its forms lovely.
The gardener will find it easy-going, long-lived, fragrant and very reliable, all factors making it well worth growing. Patches of them in the wild garden, in the border or near the terrace, always stages a nice show from mid-spring onward. In light shade it shows off its gleaming white colour best. Height 35cm.
