Alfresco

Alfresco frosted white double amaryllis of imposing stature with round symmetrical blooms.

The whole centre of the flower is filled with a rosette of petals, beautifully neat and regular, looking like a large gardenia. The blooms sometimes measure 15cm across and one stem carries several of them. An abundance of flowers that occasionally does require staking. When given warmth and sunshine it flowers very quickly: six weeks or less after planting . Height 50cm.
