Refund policy
Return or exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at customercare@amsterdambulb.com with your order number.
Once we receive the returned products in good condition, we will refund the amount due within two weeks. Please note that shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
If you wish to return only a portion of your order, please send back only those products.
Damaged Items
In case of a damaged product, please contact our customer service at customercare@amsterdambulb.com immediately upon delivery. It is crucial to provide photographic evidence of the damage, including photographs of the outside of the box from all angles, the inside of the box and filling materials, as well as photographs of the item in its entirety and a close-up of the damage. We can only send a replacement item if these conditions are met.
If the package appears visibly damaged upon arrival, we advise you to refuse acceptance and arrange for its direct return to us (no additional charges).
In the event of loss or damage, delivery of your item may be significantly delayed. The delivery company considers a package lost if it cannot be located after 6 weeks. We can only send a replacement once the shipment company confirms the loss or the damaged item has been returned to us.

Please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging and in their original condition, if reasonably possible. Handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged for return.
