Ivory-white flowers flamed and striped deep purple. Each flower is different, each a work of art. This is the look-a-like of the so-called Rembrandt or Broken tulips, the flowers that rocked Holland on its foundations during the Tulipmania period.
One of the most striking of the flamed tulips, and as happy in a sunny, small city backyard as in a large country border. Grown in small groups, the effect is always charming and distinct. Great for cutting. Mid to late spring flowering. Height 50-60cm.
