An especially vigorous variety with immense ruby-pink blooms centred around a bold white star. The foliage, bright green and strap-shaped, is only just poking through at flowering time. A superb amaryllis with an intensity of colouring not found in other plants.
One single bulb grown on the windowsill provides a striking focal point. The flowers do not all open all at once, but follow one another over a long period. A showy beauty, easy to grow and a splendid answer to the cold and grey outdoors. Height 50cm.
