Classic yellow trumpet daffodils are always welcome in cold spring gardens and this is one of the largest of them all with perhaps the sturdiest habit. Megaphone-shaped trumpets of rich golden-yellow, very bright and smiling on a mid-spring day.
When given a place to its mind, it radiates health and happiness and even increases. It has many uses in the garden: groups in the border, in large tubs, among shrubs or scattered freely beneath overhanging, leaf-losing trees. A toughlady, looking after itself from year to year, but it wants to be where the sun can reach it for at least part of the day. Height 45cm.
